DigiBuddies VA was born out of a simple observation: the most driven business owners were also the most overwhelmed ones. They were working 12-hour days, leaving money on the table, and missing out on life — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked support.

Our founder, Nylah, grew up in Jamaica where doing more with less isn't a mindset — it's just how things get done. From a young age, she watched her family pour everything into their businesses, and that work ethic stuck. It didn't just shape who she is — it became the foundation of everything she builds.

After years in customer service and operations, Nylah saw the same problem over and over: talented, driven business owners stretched so thin they couldn't focus on what actually moved the needle. She knew exactly what they needed — and she knew she could build it. So she did.
